Najnovejše informacije o vsebini, razpisih in dogodkih o programu MSCA v Obzorju Evropa, dr. Stojan Sorčan, nacionalna kontaktna točka (MVZI)
Evropska komisija je pred dnevi objavila publikacijo iz lanskega posveta o vlogi MSCA projektov pri uresničevanju Evropskega zelenega dogovora. V publikaciji je predstavljenih 69 MSCA projektov, ki na različne načine razvijajo znanja za uresničevanje Evropskega zelenega dogovora.
Publikacijo priporočamo v branje vsem prijaviteljem MSCA projektov, saj odkriva mnogo dimenzij in najrazličnejših učinkov, ki so vredni nadaljnjega raziskovalnega premisleka.

V preteklem tednu smo na MIZŠ izvedli dve delavnici o pripravi predlogov projektov na razpis Obzorje Evropa MSCA podoktorske štipendije/Postdoctoral Fellowships (HORIZON-MSCA-2022-PF-01) z 20 udeleženkami in udeleženci iz Slovenije. Na osnovi vnaprej pripravljenega gradiva smo se seznanili s tistimi pozitivnimi in negativnimi recenzentskimi ocenami in komentarji pri vseh evalvacijskih kriterijih, ki so bili za udeleženke in udeležence najpomembnejši za pripravo njihovega predloga projekta.
Da pridobljeno znanje ne bo ostalo samo med sodelujočimi, vam
v nadaljevanju posredujemo nekaj elementov, ki jih je treba upoštevati pri
pripravi predloga projekta pri posameznih evalvacijskih kriterijih, kot smo jih
obravnavali na delavnici. Izbor elementov je naključen in ne odraža celovitosti,
ki je potrebna pri opisu posameznega evalvacijskega kriterija. Ker mora biti
predlog projekta zapisan v angleškem jeziku, so tudi naši elementi zapisani v
angleškem jeziku.

1. EXCELLENCE

activities.

plan includes references to all of the components of the project that are
mentioned in the different sections of the proposal, namely the training and
dissemination activities in addition to the research activities, which enhances
the credibility of the activities.

are properly defined and they are consistent. Moreover, the relationships
between the creation of the researcher’s capacities and their use are clearly
shown.

The given
time frames are realistic. A Gantt chart is provided that allows a
clear overview of the effectiveness of the research and training.

The workload is well balanced for
finalizing the project within the proposed time frame.

A person-month evaluation is given for
each WP, well correlated with the specific proposed activities.

Non-human resource allocation for research and training is presented clearly.

Na koncu posredujemo še splošne ugotovitve, ki jih je treba
upoštevati pri pripravi predloga MSCA podoktorskega projekta. Avtorica zaključkov v spodnji sliki je dr. Darija Feizpour iz Inštituta za kovinske materiale in
tehnologije – IMT.
Na obstoječih mednarodnih portalih za iskanje partnerjev in za izražanje interesa za sodelovanje v MSCA razpisih je vidnost slovenskih raziskovalnih organizacij in raziskovalk ter raziskovalcev izredno majhna.
Zato bi vas želeli opozoriti, da lahko vaš interes za sodelovanje s tujimi partnerji v MSCA razpisih za podoktorske štipendije, mreže doktorskega študija in izmenjavo osebja objavite ali poiščete na naslednjih štirih mednarodnih portalih.
1. Na evropske portalu Funding&tender opportunities lahko znotraj posameznega razpisa objavite vaš interes za sodelovanje ali poiščete partnerje za sodelovanje.
a. Za MSCA podoktorske štipendije je trenutno objavljenih 108 ponudb za sodelovanje (brez slovenske ponudbe)
b. Za MSCA mreže doktorskega študija je trenutno objavljenih 61 pondub za sodelovanje (ena slovenska ponudba)
2. Na mednarodnem portalu EURAXESS lahko objavite vaš interes za sodelovanje ali poiščete partnerja za sodelovanje. Trenutno je objavljenih 473 ponudb (brez slovenske ponudbe).
3. Na mednarodnem portalu matchmaking platform, ki poleg objave interesa za sodelovanje omogoča tudi individualna bilateralna srečanja in sestanke za naslednje tri MSCA razpise (PF, DN in SE) je objavljenih 464 ponudb za sodelovnje (ena slovenska ponudba).
4. V tem mesecu je evropsko združenje NCPjev za MSCA pripravilo novo spletno stran MSCA-NET, ki omogoča zelo podroben prikaz vašega specifičnega interesa za sodelovanje v okviru MSCA projektov, trenutno za PF in DN. V okviru PF je posebna možnost za ponudba polletnega stažiranja podoktorskih raziskovalcev po zaključku MSCA PF projekta na ne-akademskih institucijah ("placement").

Na MIZŠ bomo 30. junija 2022 organizirali celodnevno delavnico (od 9.00 do 15.00) o pripravi predlogov projektov na razpis Obzorje Evropa MSCA mreže doktorskega študija (MSCA Doctoral Networks). Delavnica, ki bo potekala v prostorih MIZŠ, je namenjena raziskovalkam in raziskovalcem, ki pripravljate predlog projekta na letošnji razpis HORIZON-MSCA-2022-DN-01.
Namen
delavnice je, da se na osnovi vnaprej pripravljenega individualiziranega gradiva
seznanite s tistimi pozitivnimi in negativnimi ocenami in komentarji posameznih
evalvacijskih kriterijev, ki se vam zdijo najpomembnejši za pripravo vašega
predloga projekta.
Vsak prijavitelj bo zaprošen, da na delavnici predstavi, kako bo s svojim projektom zapopadel evalvacijske kriterije, ki so določeni v evalvacijskem postopku. Načeloma naj bi imel vsakdo trikrat po 5 do 10 minut časa za predstavitev ugotovitev iz gradiva, in sicer za vsak kriterij (excellence, impact in implementation) po 5 do 10 minut (v slovenščini). Vmes pa boste lahko kadarkoli razpravljali ali postavljali vprašanja.
Delavnica bo omejena na deset udeležencev. Rok za prijavo je 22. junij. Vsi udeleženci boste 24. junija prijeli gradivo za pripravo vaše predstavitve, ki jo boste pripravili do 29. junija.
Na delavnico se prijavite z elektronskim sporočilom na : stojan.sorcan@gov.si, in sicer z navedbo vašega raziskovalnega področja in vsaj tremi ključnimi besedami, ki bodo opredeljevale vsebino vašega predloga projekta, in seznamom vsaj treh potekajočih MSCA-ITN/DN projektov iz baze CORDIS-a, ki so najbližje vaši temi predlaganega raziskovalnega projekta.
